As the mothers of the church say, “He may not come when you want Him but He is always right on time.”
In April of 2016 my employer asked me how I felt about relocating to Tampa. It did not take me long to weigh out Florida vs. Indiana. I was already scheduled to go to Tampa to train 10 new hires. They were looking for a supervisor for those new employees.
Long testimony short, my contract was scheduled to end June 3rd. My supervisor at the time had reached out to me to arrange to collect my laptop. But God. My contract was extended until we negotiated my offer.
On June 15th I signed my offer letter and shortly there after was given, not only a new badge, but a career opportunity to fulfill my passion – empowering and encouraging people.
Sometimes we look for God to do things the same way, in the same city…and we limit Him when God has Ephesians 3:20 and 1Corinthians 2:9 blessings in store for us.
It has been 2 months since me and my shawty loaded a truck and drove 990 miles to our new home. Granted I get homesick, but I love this place I am in and I just had to take a moment to say, Thank you God!
